History

After serving in the Korean War as a Tank Platoon Captain,  Anthony C. Santomauro  had a goal of becoming a premier real estate developer. Tony built several residential neighborhoods as part of the popular Parade of Homes in Akron, Ohio. Among his accomplishments are houses he constructed in the Northeast Ohio cities of Fairlawn, Silver Lake, Stow and Cuyahoga Falls.

During the years that he operated as a successful general contractor,  he also designed and built numerous duplexes and multi-family apartments. 

Mission / Vision 

Today, the third generation of Tony Santomauro’s family is building upon and preserving his legacy. Urban Imperial Development  is committed to increasing access to affordable housing for families in Summit County.
