Legacy

The company’s legacy began with Anthony C. Santomauro in 1965. Through his business, Tony achieved his goal of being a premier real estate developer. He built several residential neighborhoods as part of the popular Parade of Homes constructed in the Northeast Ohio cities of Fairlawn, Silver Lake, Stow and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

During the years that he operated his successful general contracting company, he also designed and built numerous duplexes and multi-family apartments. In addition to construction, the company became a premier real-estate developer and affordable housing property management firm.
